RIGHT TO RESPECT AND DIGNITY: The patient has the right to be treated respectfully with the dignity by all health care providers.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY: The patient reserves the right to his or her privacy so consultations between a patient and a care provider are private matter.
PERSONAL SAFETY AND SECURITY: The patient has the right to a safe health facility environment.
RIGHT TO CHOICE: In every decision making concerning your treatment, medications and other research programs.
RIGHT TO INFORMATION: The patient has the right and access to information about their health conditions, their treatment, medications other related information.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN: The patient has the right to make a complaint through channels provided for this purpose by the hospital leadership and to have any complaint dealt with promptly and fairly.
RIGHT TO PAIN MANAGEMENT: All patients have the right to pain relief, including those who are unable to describe their pain.
